How to Lei Cha

Traditionally Lei Cha is made by mixing hot water with two heaped tablespoons of Lei Cha ground goodness. We like to add a little milk to some flavours for some extra creaminess.

If lattes are more you thing just heat up your milk and blend with two tablespoons of Lei Cha (amazing with Roasted and Ground and Mindful Green!)

Result = a full-bodied brew with a host of health benefits! Just the thing to reach for when hanger pangs hit between meals.

For maximum flavour leave the spoon in your cup and stir before each sip to mix the goodness through the brew

Alternatively, when you finish and there is still some Lei Cha left in your cup, just add more water for a tea that just keeps on giving!
